About Me

Welcome here.

‘Fool bloom’ is a blog carrying my reflections on learning, leadership, collaboration, Social Business and topics of that ilk.  Topics that have been in the forefront of my attention for a long while now.

I chose ‘Fool Bloom’ as this blog’s title as it sits well with the themes of experimenting, stumbling, sharing, failing yet remaining perpetually curious for more.  As you perhaps have guessed, ‘Staying hungry and foolish’ (Of the Steve Jobs fame) resonates with me. Rather deeply!

My interests are varied and evolve with time. Just like most people.  This blog has themes around learning, leadership, business, and things of that ilk.  My current interests lie at the intersection of  ‘people’, ‘culture’ and ‘technology’.

Writing has always been a road that I have taken to dig deep, clarify and put a structure to my thoughts.  This blog is an extension.

In March of 2016, I signed off from Asian Paints’s Corporate Learning & Development team, seeking to venture out doing a bunch of things.   Since then, I run a boutique learning & change firm : Flyntrok Consulting. I also work with a set of very fine minds at Founding Fuel as the Director of Learning and Change. My Linkedin profile is here.  My twitter handle connected to these themes and topics is @_Kavi

I have been blogging for several years at Kavis Musings on topics that are inspired by photographs I click or the stories from everyday life that are compelling to share.  My other interests include photography, long distance running and traveling.

I endeavour to be regular here. I look forward to your responses on any of the posts here and remain excited at the prospect of exchange thoughts and ideas!

In the spirit of fool bloom!

🙂
